Wigan Athletic yesterday confirmed that Sam Morsy and Ryan Colclough have both joined the club on permanent deals.
Morsy, 24, has put pen-to-paper on a two-and-a-half-year contract, after the Latics agreed an undisclosed fee with Chesterfield.
The former Spireites captain will wear the number 50 shirt.
On the other hand, Colclough, 21, has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the club and arrives after Crewe Alexandra also accepted an undisclosed fee.
The Burslem-born winger will wear number 27 at the DW Stadium.
The duo are welcome additions for manager Gary Caldwell, as Michael Jacobs has recently been ruled out for around a month with a calf injury.
In other transfer news, Development Squad striker Sam Cosgrove has left for Nantwich Town on a youth loan.
It is the 19-year old's third loan spell of the season, after he previously spent time at Barrow and Chorley.
