Students across Wigan grateful to the Latics

One student we caught purchasing his ticket today said:"It's nice to see that the club listen to the fans and have introduced this new scheme. It's saved me £70 on my season ticket and I know many of my mates who support the United etc...  of this world are turning blue. It's a great way for the club to gian support."

It was hard for students who had left school at the age of 16 to be able to afford their tickets, let alone a season ticket. Now there is no excuse to not support the mighty Latics this forthcoming season.

Official word from the club is yet to be recieved concerning the sale of season tickets so far and especially the success or failure of the student reductions.

These reductions for students are welcomed and only time will tell if they have affected the influx of students to the games.
