Victor Moses

Victor Moses looks set to miss out on his Nigeria debut after switching the paperwork regarding his allegiance failed to get through FIFA on time.

Moses is said to be disappointed with the news but knows that his time will come for the Super Eagles.

Momo Diame

Great news for Momo Diame who has been called up to the Senegal squad. Diame has been in good form for the Latics this season and is one of twelve players presently away on international duty, a record for the club.

Lee Nicholls

Promising England under 19 goalkeeper, Lee Nicholls, has gone out on emergency loan to Sheffield Wednesday. The young stopper is likely to be in their squad for the weekends fixtures.

Martinez said: "We wish Lee all the best. He is an outstanding prospect and this is going to help his development.There is nothing like being in a first team environment and hopefully he will get that with a great club like Sheffield Wednesday."

Fabrice Zoko

The Latics are being linked with a summer move for Carlisle United striker, Fabrice Zoko. The 27 year old has a £100,000 release clause in his contract and has represented the Ivory Coast at under 23 level.

James McCarthy

After much specualtion regarding his international future it appears that James McCarthy has chosen the Irish Republic. The 19 year old is set to makle his debut for them in their upcoming fixture.

The talented youngster said: "There was talk here and there but as far as I saw it, it was just the press jumping on stuff and there was nothing came of it. I pulled out last month because of my ankle. I was doing rehab and I wanted to look after myself, and the club wanted to look after me as well. My main thing now is to try to get some game-time on the park and put it all to bed now."
