It was not just a doze either - but a sleep so deep that three stewards had to carry Carr from the stadium.
Carr, a Middlesborough fan, fell asleep during his sides 4-0 defeat to Arsenal in August. He was charged £150 costs, given a two year conditional discharge and was convicted of being drunk inside a football ground after he admitted to drinking six pints.
He then went on to say that the verdict was an "absolute disgrace" and he would win on appeal.
He has had his season ticket confiscated!
