Zog gets France call

N'Zogbia has previously represented France at under 21 level and despite recent calls for an England call up (he has dual nationality), the 24 year old winger has chosen to play for his native France.

The French play Norway in Oslo next Wednesday and represents due reward for N'Zogbia who was the club's Players' Player of the Year and Fans' Player of the Season for 2009/10 after a very impressive season.

Other call ups for the Latics are Victor Moses who will represent England Under-21's against Uzbekistan on Tuesday and James McCarthy has been called up for the Republic of Ireland under 21's to take on Estonia.

Steve Gohouri has received the call from Ivory Coast for their game withItaly next Tuesday and goalkeeper Ali Al Habsi's Oman are in action against Kazakhstan on the Wednesday.
