Valencia knows nothing of summer transfer

The 23 year old Ecuadorian international has had a nother sensational season for the Latics and has been linked with big money moves to some of the top clubs in the game.

However, in typical modest Valencia form, he is more than happy with the Latics.

Speaking ahead of Ecuador's 3-1 friendly defeat to El Salvador, Valencia said: "If I knew something, I would tell you, but now it is all speculation.

"I am comfortable and fine at Wigan. Revealing these figures [transfer prices] without confirming anything is not correct. I have family to think about."
