Teale to miss Wrexham clash

ready to take his place back
Teale limped off in the final ten minutes against Blackpool with what looked like a twisted ankle.

However he is not expected to be back for Saturday and the away trip to Wrexham.

Paul Dalglish will be on standby, to step into Teale's place. However, on view of recent performances many Latics fans will be happy to see 'Daggers' step into the fray.

Jewell's main fear will be that the ankle's broken, and X-rays tomorrow should make the situation more clear. The damage could be to the ligaments which would mean a lay-off of around two weeks for the former Ayr winger.
