The 18 year old had recently moved out of her family home and was found hanged. Her father, former Latics striker Antoine Sibierski is believed to have phoned police when he could not get in touch with his daugther on Monday.
Officers then broke into her flat to discover the bad news. Friends and family are said to be in shock over the apparent suicide of a bubbly and happy young teenager.
Antoine Sibierski, formerly of Newcastle United, Manchester City and Wigan Athletic is now a football agent at the age of 35 years.
