Roberts escapes suspension for the run-in

Roberts has made a total of 42 appearances in all competitions for the Latics this season. He has missed just two games. The cup tie with Grimsby and the league game with Burnley. The Latics lost on both occasions.

In the 42 games that Roberts has been in the first team the side has won twenty-five, drawn ten and lost seven. Giving Wigan Athletic with Jason Roberts a win ratio of 68%.

The former Baggies striker also boasts an impressive goal haul. He has managed 20 goals so far this season, giving him a goal ratio of 0.48, almost a goal every other game.

The Latics also score plenty with Roberts in attack. An impressive total of 73 team goals from 42 games with Roberts. An average of almost two goals per game.

The team failed to score in both games without Roberts.
