With Kirkland's hesistancy to come off his line, Pollitt's stock could not be higher amoungst supporters who will be pleased to see him sign on for another year.
Speaking to the club's official website, Pollitt said: "A club needs more than two keepers, and I feel really settled here. I'd like to play more, who wouldn't? It's a good club and there's a great team spirit."
