Lee McCulloch: Ready for Bolton
The Scottish international forward is by no means underestimating the Easter weekend's opponents. He told the Wigan Evening Post: "It is a massive weekend for us, if we could get four points, possibly six, everything would be looking rosy again.

"We need to approach both games with confidence and the training this week has been positive and lively. There's no doom and gloom around here, our destiny is in our own hands and that is how we want it to stay.

"With two games in three days, I'm sure there will be squad rotation. I think if you play tomorrow you have to give everything, not hold anything back for Monday. The squad is the strongest it has been for a long time, nearly everyone is back fit, so that is a big boost.

"We're definitely good enough to stay in the division, we've got the players to pull out of this and start climbing the table."

McCulloch also had a message for the supporters ahead of Saturday's game with local neighbours Bolton. He added: "I always enjoy the bigger games - I just hope the stadium is packed, with a good atmosphere. We need the fans behind us because there will be some tough times during the game, Bolton are a physical team who can also pass the ball."

Twenty-eight year old McCulloch is likely to line up on the left hand side of midfield for the Latics. His aerial presence will be important against an imposing Wanderers outfit.
