Martinez focussing on Arsenal

He told the Wigan Evening Post: "It's hard going into games when everyone is thinking it will be three points. You still need to know how to win the football game, and the anxiety doesn't help anyone.

"But it's been that sort of season, and we need to learn from what happened out there and not allow those levels of anxiety to affect us in future.

"From the outside people would have looked at it being a home fixture for us and playing against a side that has already been relegated.
"But there are no easy games at this stage of the season.

"On the plus side, we have taken another point, and we must give everything we have got again on Sunday against a very good Arsenal side.

"I can guarantee the fans we will be giving everything we have – and, if we can do that, we will get the rewards."

With Arsenal seemingly out of the Championship race and safe in the top four, the Gunners may well be caught out by a Latics team that have defeated a top four side twice this season.
