Sinclair has had a number of loan spells at teams including Plymouth Argyle and Birmingham City and will have the opportunity to test himself in the Premier League after struggling to break into the Chelsea first team. Martinez believes Sinclair has a fantastic opportunity to progress whilst on loan at the club.
''Scott is a fantastic talent who can operate either up-front or out wide and i'm delighted to have him join us' said Martinez.

Other transfers could be confirmed today with Rayo Vallecano duo Mohamed Diame and Antonio Amayo linked with moves. The deals are reportedly close to completion with both players expected to sign 3-year contracts.
