The original game between the Latics and MK Dons finished 3-3 on Saturday and the two sides are scheduled to contest the replay on Tuesday 14th January at Stadium MK.
The winner of the game will face Crystal Palace at home in the fourth round.
No date has yet been announced for the fixture ahead of the third round replay.
