Kirkland delighted with England call

Kirkland said: "I'm delighted to be called up. It's a privilege for both myself and the club. It's been a long, hard season, but you don't mind putting your holidays back a couple of weeks."

The game with the united States will take place at Wembley on the 28th May whilst the Trinidad and Tobago game will be played on the 1st June and has been arranged to try and seal votes for the World Cup bid.
