Kapo set for loan departure

Kapo has struggled to settle during his time at the DW Stadium and has found first team appearances hard to come by.

Signed for £3.5 million by Steve Bruce in the summer of 2008, Kapo has proven to be little other than a drain on the finances of the club.

A move to Ligue 1 club Boulogne is now on the horizon for the 29 year old who is looking to re-ignite his ailing career.

Sporting director of the struggling French club, Bruno Dupuis told L'Equipe: "He is one of a few players we are looking at, we are hoping to bring in two or three players."

Hopefully Jason Koumas and Daniel De Ridder will soon follow suit to give Martinez the wages budget to bring in players who will contribute to the first eleven at the DW Stadium.
