Willis signed for City in July 2002 and has played an important part of their promotion push, despite a five match suspension part way through the season for a career threatening tackle against Cambridge in December.
He has become a fans favourite and was linked with a £150,000 move to our rivals next year Millwall, he has been rewarded with a 12 month extension to his contract.
Lincoln lost 5-2 in the play-off final on Saturday to Bournemouth. Willis played a part in that game.
