Last updated : 28 August 2006 By Paul Farrington
The Premier League has kicked off and once again Chelsea are the heavy favourites. After having signed superstars like Andrei Shevchenko and Michael Ballack, Chelsea is eyeing a third successive Premier League title.

This has lead to discussions, as to whether or not salary caps should be introduced, to prevent single clubs from dominating the Premier League. But what do the fans think about this: Should salary caps be introduced to the Premier League?

To answer this and other questions, the Online Opinion Portal demandi has started "The Premier League Survey 2006-07.

Demandi is aiming to find out what fans think about controversial football questions. Should players be sent off for diving? Should referees be allowed to use video evidence?

Moreover, demandi asks football fans to rate their club and to predict the outcome of the Premier League Season 2006/07. Who will be the new Premier League champion? What position do the fans expect their club to reach this season? Which teams will be relegated? Who is going to be the Premier
League's Top Scorer: Thierry Henry, Wayne Rooney or ...?
