Tinnion told City's official website: "Tony had originally agreed to move down here when he signed, but his wife is pregnant, they already have two children, and he no longer wants to relocate.
"That being the case, we feel it better for everyone that he goes to a club nearer his home.
"He will not be allowed to play against us and at the moment, we are not looking beyond the end of the season."
