The 25 year old South Korean international is a left sided player who can play in either midfield, or defence. He has joined on a free transfer from Suwon Bluewings.
"It is a dream come true. The feeling has not sunk in yet. The Korean fans want to see me succeed and I will try not to disappoint them," said Cho.
"There will be many challenges ahead but I will train harder than ever. Ji-Sung advised me of the hurdles I may face but if I work hard, I will see them through."
