Former minder of Sam Hamman, Neil MacNamara has been charged with with criminal damage and making a false and malicious fire call.

He set the fire alarm off at 03.00 in the morning at QPR's residence prior to the play-off final on Sunday.

Althought none of the players were evacuated, many were awaken according to a spokeswoman for QPR.

MacNamara, 39, from Cardiff, has been bailed to appear before Newport magistrates on 5 June.

Two hundred people had to leave the Celtic Manor Hotel, near Newport, south-east Wales, in the early hours of the morning, while an alarm was investigated.

Lets hope that these cheats get the luck they deserve...
