Should Cattermole shake off his indiscipline then he could well go on to become a full England international in the near future.
After his recent four game suspension, Cattermole is eager to see the Latics kick on and finish the season strongly.
He told the Manchester Evening News: "We definitely have some winnable games left. We could even get seventh spot. We still want to kick-on next season and achieve more."
