Stoke City have once again been linked with Senegalese striker Henri Camara and want to snap up the front man for around £1,000,000 after apparently having a £500,000 bid rejected earlier this month.
Camara's contract up at the end of the season and Stoke want to try and tempt Latics' into selling instead of allowing Camara to run down his contract and go for free in the summer which, if appropriate cover is found, could tempt Steve Bruce into selling.
Camara has played second fiddle to Emile Heskey and Amr Zaki this season but has proved himself when required with his latest goal coming in the FA Cup defeat at White Hart Lane on Friday night.
With Hugo Rodallega's arrival due for the 15th, El Hadji Diouf is among the list of strikers linked with a move to the JJB this month so if Camara does go, another striker could be the top target for Bruce before the window shuts.
