PJ said: "I'm going to make changes because we've played five games in thirteen days and have players carrying injuries who need a rest. However, that does not mean we are not taking this game seriously as I assure you we are going to Pride Park looking for the win that will take us into the next round. The fact that we are making changes means that other players are getting a chance and it's up to them to make the most of it. I'm sure that they will because they are all chomping at the bit to prove themselves.

"It'll be a tough game at Derby because they have got some good results recently and beat us on Boxing Day, although it has to be said that their away form seems a little bit better than itis at home at the present time. They've got some good players we know that and I'm sure they're thinking that it's a nice break from the pressure of the League just like we are.

"We're going to Pride Park looking to progress but as I said, we are going to use our squad because everyone knows that the Championship campaign is our priority. We have to be sensible because we have a small squad and, because we have done great so far this season, we need to make sure we are fair to the players and look after them. That is why I will be making changes but please do not think we are going there for anything other than a victory, because we are desperate to win every single game that we play."
