Opinion: Best to come soon

We held Manchester United up until the 61st minute, which to me is an improvement of its own considering our recent performances. Baines has showed us all that the goal he scored against Ipswich years ago was not just a fluke, by scoring an absolute stunner past Edwin Van
Der Saar.

Boyce for me improved alot against United, he managed to keep Rooney under raps, the only time Rooney threatend was when he drifted away onto the opposite flank. Boyce I'm still not sure about, he still looks like a Championship and not a Premiership player, hopefully after his performance against Rooney might just give him confidence.

Both of our strikers didn't really pull it off, or even three if you count Todorov, I'm still not sure if it was the lack of service to them or the fact that they didn't really get into good positions.

Other than that I thought we played well, and the score didn't really reflect our overall performance.

Next up United's close neighbours Manchester City at home. City are on the back of a dissapointing draw with Sheffield United, and will be looking to get 3 points when they visit the JJB stadium, but I think all the lack of form from Wigan Athletic, is going to come to an end this coming weekend.

Thanks for hearing me out and lets all just hope for 3 points against City. COME ON YOU LATICS.
