Jewell's thoughts on the Derby draw

"I thought in the first half we played very, very well, but in the second half we were average but still the better attacking side by far and we're disappointed to only have got a point. If we get another twenty points out of the next ten games then I'll be happy!"

"I can't remember them having many chances, they scored the goal just we had made the change through injury. But we bounced back and we created more chances, and I thought we could have scored more, but it wasn't to be, we weren't ruthless enough in the box or the final pass."

"We're ten games into the season and we've got twenty points, which is a great return, but I feel we should have a lot more than that. We're away from home so it might not be a bad result. My gut reaction from the sending off was that McCulloch had his eyes on the ball, and he did get the ball! I've asked the referee about it and he'll say he have a look at the video but whether it can be rescinded I don't know. I thought the referee was consistent, because he booked McCullloch for a persistent foul but the number of times Konjic fouled Ellington and Roberts wasn't funny. "

"Alan Mahon did well, we missed Per badly, but it's an opportunity for someone else, and I thought Alan played well. Matt Jackson's got a gash on his knee and we're not sure of the extent of the damage just yet, so we'll have to wait until the scan, but I don't think there is much chance of him playing on Tuesday."

"The squad is stretched at the moment, and we're desperate for numbers, but we may have a look at calling back one or two of our loan players."
